My approach to weight loss works because it stops the stress and self-hatred that often comes with dieting. You’ll finally gain control over your eating and build a healthy relationship to food and your body.

You will not count calories and there are no forbidden foods. In fact, there are no diets at all. Instead you will learn to re-programme your mind and stop the cravings through hypnotherapy. Your body has its own intelligence and you will learn how to listen to your body and begin to trust it again. You will quickly gain control over your binge eating and enjoy food once more.

I know how hard it is to lose weight as I struggled with my weight for most of my life. I will share with you how I lost 20kgs permanently but my journey will probably not be exactly like yours, so I always individually tailor my approach to what you need to make healthy changes.
